Surveying hundred of individuals prior to facilitated meetings, overwhelming participants will say that follow up and execution is poor. Ideas are discussed, but nothing seems to change or get implemented.

In working with teams and leaders, we will help them identify “leap” and “tweak strategies”. An action plan is identified for those ideas generated for each strategy. Most importantly, he will work with the team leader as an accountability mentor to ensure that actions are taken and results are measured.
